We just closed an escrow. It was a short sale with a lot of issues, which at the beginning seemed impossible task, but with Derrick's knowledge and negotiation skill, we resolved all the issues and finally closed the escrow in three months. Our family is so glad and grateful that we met Derrick. He has been calm and yet very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. His wife Aziza has been a great partner and helper, too. It was also very considerate that he provided very nice door locks and welcoming doormat as soon as we closed the escrow.
